At Natur Blend, a brand of Agro Natural Jive Mills LLP, we take care to ensure that every product is properly packed and delivered in good condition.
- Returns
As our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns once the package has been delivered and opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns or replacements may be considered if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrives damaged or leaking.
- The package is defective or tampered with.
- The product is expired or otherwise unsuitable for use when received.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or video of the product and packaging
Our team will review the request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
- Refunds
If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
- Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
