About Natur Blend – Pure Spices and Instant Kerala Curry Mixes from Wayanad

Why we started Natur Blend

Natur Blend began three years ago in Wayanad, Kerala, with a simple frustration: it was getting harder to trust the spices and masalas on the shelf. Poor hygiene in processing, adulteration and malpractice, and additives that have no place in food had become far too common in the market.

So we decided to make our own, and to do it properly.

From pure spices to instant curry mixes

We started with spice powders processed entirely in-house. Pepper, cardamom, turmeric and cinnamon come from Wayanad and the Western Ghats. Every batch is washed three times, dried and powdered in our own unit, with nothing added.

Our customers kept telling us the same thing: they loved real Kerala food but didn’t have the time to roast, grind and measure a dozen spices on a weeknight. That’s how our instant curry mixes were born.

Each mix is a complete curry base: spices, real vegetables dried at low temperature, and the right amount of salt, balanced for 1 kg of meat or fish. Just add oil, water and your meat, and most of our curries are ready in about 15 minutes of cooking. Every pack makes up to 1 kg of curry, and it tastes the same every time.

What makes us different

• Processed in our own unit. Our mixes are made at our facility in Kalpetta, Wayanad, under ISO 9001:2015, GMP and HACCP protocols. We are FSSAI certified.
• Washed three times. Spices are cleaned, washed, dried and powdered before they go into any pack.
• Nothing added. No artificial colours, preservatives, additives or flavour enhancers are added during manufacturing.
• Consistent taste. Every pack is measured for 1 kg, so your curry tastes the same every time you make it.
• Quick to cook. No grinding and no measuring. Just add oil, water and meat.
