How to Prepare

1. The Base

• Take 1 kg cleaned beef.
• Add 4 tablespoons of oil.
• Add the full packet of masala.
• Mix well by hand.
• Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

2. The Cook

• Add approximately 350–400 ml water.
• Adjust the water according to your preferred gravy consistency.
• Mix well.
• Pressure cook for 1 whistle, then simmer on low heat for approximately 20 minutes, or cook for 6–10 whistles as required depending on the beef.

3. Finish & Serve

• Release the pressure carefully.
• Add a little raw coconut oil.
• Add salt if needed.
• Mix well and serve hot.
