Enjoy a spicy, aromatic and flavourful Fish Chilli Curry with Natur Blend Instant Fish Chilli Curry Mix. This convenient blend combines chilli, shallots, kokum and carefully selected spices to help you prepare a delicious fish curry with minimal effort.

The mix is pre-seasoned with salt and designed for easy preparation. Simply add oil, water and fresh fish, follow the cooking instructions, and enjoy a rich, tangy and spicy curry.

How to Prepare

1. The Base

• Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pot on medium flame.
• Add Mix 1 and sauté until the aroma comes out.
• Add Mix 2, stir well, and pour in 400 ml water.
• Bring the mixture to a boil.

2. Cook the Fish

• Add 1 kg cleaned fish into the curry.
• Cover with a lid and cook for 10–15 minutes on medium flame.
• Check the tamarind/kokum balance and adjust if required.
• Rest the curry for 1 hour if possible. The curry will thicken and develop more flavour as it rests.
• Add salt if needed.
