How to Prepare

1. Marinate the Chicken

• Take 1 kg cleaned chicken.
• Add 4 tablespoons of oil.
• Add the complete packet of masala.
• Mix everything thoroughly by hand.
• Cover and marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Cook the Chicken

• Transfer the marinated chicken to a clay pot or cooking pan.
• Add approximately 400–500 ml water.
• Mix well and adjust the water according to your preferred gravy thickness.
• Cover and cook for approximately 10–15 minutes.
• Add salt if required.
